Welcome again to my website! A little info about me: My whole life has always been about LOVE (in family, friendships and life). I believe life is full of mystical and magical moments. I think laughter is one of the fundamentals for everything! I like fun surprises and spontaneous get-togethers with friends! Although I work full-time as an Admin, I also do Comfort Touch for the elderly and ill, and was a Hospice Volunteer in the past. If you asked my friends about me, they would probably say: she is an extremely loving and loyal friend and a good listener. She is always there at the drop of a hat if you need something, I always know where I stand with her (she's frank and honest), she lots of fun, sassy, and deeply caring. Some friends call me "Momma Maeve", because I'm like a mother hen and I give big bear hugs!

I have been a widow for over 19 years. I had the honor and pleasure of marrying my 'Knight in Shining Armor' and Soulmate Dave, and we were blessed with almost 28 years together before he crossed over from cancer in 2002. He was Mr. Unconditional Love himself. We had a fabulous life together and I am so grateful for all the memories. Our connection with each other is still as strong today. Watching and being involved with his Hospice care during his illness is the reason I wanted to become a Hospice Volunteer - to help other people. A couple of years later, a friend suggested I look into Comfort Touch for the Elderly and Ill. It made perfect sense, since I was a Hospice Volunteer, and so I took the training. I loved it and enjoyed putting it into practice. This has become my passion now. Although my focus is on the elderly community, I am happy and pleased to give the gift of Comfort Touch to all age groups. Comfort Touch is a nurturing, encompassing form of acupressure and massage that is safe and appropriate for the elderly and the chronically ill.
